1. International shipping

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country and the current regulations.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

Any import duties, taxes or custom fees not paid for, the parcel will be returned to Merchgirls. 

You the customer will be liable for any additional costs for returned International parcels.

International orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box, hotel, or mail forwarding service.

All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars).

The $100 Free shipping only applies to orders shipped within Australia.

2. Refunds

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
